Our approach

Our kitchen prepares Turkish and British dishes fresh to order using a wide range of ingredients, including gluten, dairy, egg, nuts, sesame and other allergens common to café menus. Because dishes are made in a shared kitchen, we cannot guarantee any item is completely free from traces of an allergen, even if it isn't a stated ingredient.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please speak to a member of our team in person, or call ahead on 0131 554 4323, before placing your order — including orders placed online for collection or delivery. We'll do our best to advise on ingredients and suggest suitable options.
